All apartments provide full kitchen and laundry facilities. Guests can enjoy great views over the park, Mooloolah River and Mooloolaba Harbour to the Glasshouse Mountains. The large living areas include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Air conditioning is included in the living areas, with fans in the bedrooms. Free WiFi is only available in the Spinnaker Quay's complex.
The Pleystowe, Coolamon and Portsea Apartments are located just a 3-minute walk from the Spinnaker Quay's complex.
Some apartments ha a private BBQ, wireless internet access and free secure car parking. Guests have access to office facilities, free local newspapers, 2 herb gardens and children’s beach toys.
